Application Instructions
Teams
• The team and its members must be from a sponsoring junior/high school or college/university.
• A team consists of a team leader and up to 9 team members for a total of 10 members.
Important dates:
• Registration must be post marked by no later than October 30, 2016
• Download and read the Competition Guide
• Preliminary Design Review (PDR) document must be submitted by December 1, 2016
• Critical Design Review (CDR) document must be submitted by February 1, 2017
• Launch on TBD April 2017! Rain Date: TBD April 2017! We are looking at the Maryland Eastern Shore again, but this is not confirmed.
Registration:
- Download the liability forms and mail or email by by October 30, 2016
- Register for your event here on this page.
- Designate a member of the team as the team leader who will be the primary contact for all competition information.
- Each team member must be listed and must sign the consent and release form.
- Make sure all team liability forms are updated before Battle of the Rockets event in April. No member can launch without a completed liability form in place.

A Final Note:
- Submit Form by selecting the submit button and receive a confirmation email. This will take you to a second page.
- By selecting the submit button, a copy of your registration form should arrive in your “inBox”.
- Liability waivers for students will be email to the team leader to disperse and collect amongst the team around November 1st.
