Student Registration Form
- Fee the academic year is $200 per child for High School/$35 for Elementary School Mission Teams. Registration is first come, first served. All forms and payments must be submitted to add your child to the list. Registration dues helps defray the cost of insurance, rocket parts, registrations for competitions and items your Mission Team leader will need.
- Please submit a separate registration for each child.
- The Before and After-School Enrichment Classes Emergency Form and Participation Waiver and Release must be completed (or on file) for each child. This information is held in the local chapter of the organization or at Headquarters for participants.
- Registrations are non-refundable.
